All merchandise is made to order. Shipping turn around times are between 3-7 business days. Standard shipping rates will apply based on the size and weight of the items ordered. Once an order has been placed please allow 2 days for processing. Unusual circumstances may prolong shipping times.  

We aim to ship your merchandise as soon as possible. Correct spellings, addresses and any order information requested are vital to a smooth shipping process. Please double check your order before you hit confirm. Lux Custom Vintage and any of its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure that your address is secure. 

All items are inspected for quality assurance before being shipped out. Damaged items must be reported to and settled through your mail carrier. Once an order is shipped it cannot be returned.
