Return Policy

To reduce waste and prevent bulk inventory all merchandise is made to order. Returns are not available at this time. All items are inspected for quality assurance before being shipped. Lux Custom Vintage and any of its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure that your address is secure. 

In the event that you place the wrong order or need to change order information please notify us through our website's contact page within 24 hours. (Social media or alternative methods of notification will not be accepted.) A confirmation email about the error(s) and the next steps to take will be sent to your email. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours please reach out. Note: The confirmation email from us is required to move forward with the changes to your order. Without this email the order will be made as is.

In order to keep our customers and staff safe, once merchandise is shipped out it cannot be returned. If we send the wrong merchandise by error a refund will be issued to you if the correct merchandise is no longer available. If the wrong merchandise is sent because of customer error, unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund and the merchandise will be yours to keep. Lux Custom Vintage and any of its affiliates reserve the right to refuse any order(s).
